Our primary objective is "to foster and promote the development, sound management and economic advancement of Maori authorities, and in that process to protect, to foster, and to advance the interests of the Federation."

The National FoMA Conference and Annual Meeting for 2011 was convened at the newly built BayPark TECT Arena in Mt Maunganui. It was a wonderful event and we were proud to have hosted this in the beautiful rohe of Mataatua.

At this year’s conference we had a stunning line of speakers both nationally and internationally. The entertainment was spectacular and a celebration of our FoMA members, delegates, sponsors and strategic partners to the conference overall.
